The Service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content for your specific compliance requirements.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe upon the rights of others; (c) transmit harmful code or interfere with the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (e) use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; or (f) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation. SCOPE does not guarantee that AI-generated documents will meet specific regulatory requirements or result in successful certification. Users are responsible for verifying all content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCOPE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCOPE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
